Use of technology in buying and selling.

    This is my first post in Techno Mighty. This blog is focused on the use of technology to over come issues created by unexpected events such as covid-19 pandemic. My intention is to make you ready and prepare to face challenges created by such unexpected events. 

 Use of technology in buying and selling

    As humans or living beings one of our prime needs is food and water. Without eating, we can't exist.So my first post is about how we manage to by  food and other necessary things in a pandemic situation like covid-19. Technology plays a major role today in supporting all aspects of buying and selling. E-commerce is a concept used widely for buying and selling products and services over internet. There are apps, you can use for buy goods. Ebay, Shopmatic, Sellapp are some apps.Customers can buy products like grocery, clothing, books, electronic devices, medicine etc. Business is taking place 24/7. People can order and buy product from any place in a single click using only small smart phone.

    In this covid-19 situation, people are reluctant to go out for shopping due to fear of spreading corona virus. So people prefer online shopping which is less risky in a situation like this. E-commerce sales are 40% higher for the week of May 26- June 1, compared with its pre-pandemic week Feb 24 to March 1. So, this is how technology can be used in a successful way to face situations like covid-19.Next week I will talk about another issue and discuss how we can overcome the issue by using technology.
